2. Ordering & Payment
Prices are in USD and clearly shown on the website
Full payment is required before work starts (via PayPal, Wise, or Credit/Debit Card)
We never store your card details
You will receive an invoice via email/WhatsApp
3. Delivery Time
Starter packages: 3–5 business days
Standard & Premium packages: 5–14 business days (exact timeline confirmed after order)
We send updates every 1–2 days
4. Revisions
Starter Plan: 1 free revision
Standard & Premium Plans: Unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied
Major changes after final approval may cost extra
5. Refunds
100% refund if we haven’t started work within 24 hours of payment
50% refund if project is partially completed
No refund after final files are delivered and approved
6. Ownership & Rights
You own full commercial rights of the final delivered work
We keep the right to showcase the project in our portfolio (we can remove it if you request in writing)
7. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear requirements, content, logos, and access (if needed) on time
Delayed materials from your side may delay delivery
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Indirect losses (lost profits, business interruption)
Issues caused by third-party platforms (hosting, domain registrars, etc.)
9. Termination
We can cancel any project and issue a pro-rated refund if:
Client behaves abusively
Client requests illegal or unethical work
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Khanewal, Punjab, Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
